The Controllers maintain constant contact with all assignments 24/7 and deploy Mobile Supervisors and Quality Inspectors, all of who carry mobile telephones, on random site visits to ensure that our security Staff is fulfilling their duties in accordance with their Assignment Instructions. They receive tasking sheets from the Regional Manager at the commencement of each shift, which specify particular attention on-site to such items as dress and appearance, familiarity with alarm procedures etc.
