24 Hour Key Holding and Alarm Response

We offer comprehensive round the clock response to your intruder, fire and smoke alarms in accordance with ACPO (Association of Chief Police Officers) and insurance company directives. Once alerted by your ARC (Alarm Receiving Centre), Guardian Protection Services will dispatch a Mobile Response Officer to your premises.

Control Room Services

Combining the Company's strength in manned guarding and response services with electronic monitoring services enables us to offer a significantly enhanced service to all clients.

Guardian, with its professional management of its entire security site based staff via our 24 hour staffed control room, has quite naturally been offering its experience in managing client control centres for many years.

The Group control Centre, can provide 24-hour monitoring, with visual patrols or event driven observation, triggered by integrated motion or other sensors. Trained operatives will alert emergency services or initiate other procedures, as required, ensuring a swift and appropriate response to any situation.

CCTV Remote Monitoring

Our CCTV remote monitoring service have a unenviable reputation for providing off-site CCTV monitoring and protection services to various businesses throughout the East Midlands and also nationwide, by using our state-of-the-art control centre we can protect your business in real time by either using a mobile security officer to respond or to use your loudspeaker to warn off trespassers and liaison with the Emergency Response Services and Police

Escort Services

This service can reduce your insurance premiums and ensure the well-being of your team. Escorting personnel can be uniformed or plain clothed.
In the event that a key holder is required to attend alarm activations, our Officers can accompany them to your site, ensuring that they are collected from home and returned safely upon completion of their task.

Our Officers can also provide assistance with visits to unmanned locations and other sites where employees may be at risk, if unaccompanied and therefore not complying with the Health and Safety at work Act 1974

Health and Safety Check Calls Lone Workers

Is a 24/7 manned monitoring system that raises the alarm if a 'Lone-worker' is unable to communicate through injury or unconsciousness? It is automated and managed via the National Control Centre by trained and Licensed Operators via a help desk.
